We have just received a new stock of event staging for hire. The staging comes in 2m x 1m pieces and can be adjusted in height from 300mm to 1000mm. The stage can also be used indoors and outdoors with a load of over 1500kg. This staging will add to our already large stock of staging for hire, so it will offer better selection to you for your next event or conference.

The staging can be used for every type of event like conference, concert, and fashion show or awards presentation area. We can supply different floor coverings like different colour carpets to high gloss white or black finish staging.

We recently completed the Design, Build and installation of an exhibition stand in London ExCel World Travel Market exhibition for a great Irish company called Bookassist. Bookassist is the leading provider of booking technology and online marketing strategy to the hotel industry.
The exhibition stand was 4m x 6m with a raised floor with LED strip lighting to the edge. The stand comprises of a storage room, meeting area, reception counter, meet and greet area.

We are please to announce that we have created a new company called Bow Wow Graphics. The new company was created from seeing a need for a full-service large format print company that stands alone from the great work Vinehall Displays offers in the Conference, Events and Exhibition business for the last 25 years.

We have just added to our stock of pipe and drape with another delivery from the USA to bring our total to well over 2,000 ft. Pipe and drape is a great way for you to divided a room or conceals an area fast and effectively. The 21oz Velour drape we have is also great to use for dressing rooms or against walls for decoration thanks to its heavy weight, great sound and light absorption.

The Banjo White drape, Muslin white drape and White Spandex we have is a nice way for audio visual rental or lighting companies to project onto for events or conferences. Like the attached we did for Cadburys sales conference pipe and drape backdrop.

Just this week we have built a customized exhibition stand for our client MYCOM. The stand was built in the new convention centre Dublin exhibition hall www.theccd.ie.

The Client needed three different areas for demonstrating their different services plus each service branding needed to be clear, but didn’t want them at the back of the stand away from the audience. So we designed an arch with the monitor built into the wall to give it a clean look and also bring it closer to the walk way.

We recently made the trip to the NEC in Birmingham to construct an exhibition stand for Sea Bridge freight www.sedbridge.ie. The stand was on a 8m by 4m space only plot, we provided a raised platform with wheelchair access to which was covered in green carpet. The stand design was discussed with the client for their need to have seven core services displayed on the stand and an area for a demonstration of their website. The Client also wanted their main corporate brand message which is “Gateway to Ireland” to be a main feature of the stand which we did over the six meter wide header board that had the down lighters in it to light up the service message graphics.

Here is a conference backdrop that we built for Coca Cola Ireland Sales conference 2011 that took place in the Grand hotel Malahide. The backdrop was 40 foot wide by 14 foot high and we had some 3D lettering for the conference core brand message plus we also were able to use a print and cut function on our vinyl printer for the gold wording and visuals on the backdrop. We also provided our 2 foot high staging with red carpet, steps and solid trim. For the event we where able to provide some of our other serives like furinture hire and event signage plus the backdrop for the evening event that was a pipe and red drape with a printed centre piece.
